1、 Main purpose
WDS single arm digital display electronics can perform mechanical property testing and analysis research on various metals, non metals, and composite materials. It is widely used in industries such as aerospace, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, plastics and rubber, ceramic building materials, metal materials, construction engineering, as well as higher education institutions, research institutions, technical supervision, quality inspection stations, and other departments.
Different attachments can be selected according to standards such as GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN, and can be used for tensile, compressive, bending, peeling, shearing, tearing, puncturing, bursting, and various high and low temperature tests. It can detect parameters such as yield strength, tensile (compression, bending) strength, elongation, non proportional strength, and elastic modulus of materials
2、 Host structure
Adopting a single arm structure, the main unit consists of a column, an upper crossbeam, a middle crossbeam, and a worktable. The speed control system is installed at the lower part of the worktable, and a servo motor with high speed control accuracy, wide range, and stable performance drives the ball screw pair to rotate through a synchronous toothed belt reduction system. The ball screw pair drives the middle crossbeam, and drives the stretching attachment (or compression, bending attachment) to move up and down, achieving loading and unloading of the sample. This structure has advantages such as high stiffness, high efficiency, and stable transmission.
3、 Comprehensive testing platform
The microcomputer hardware platform accurately and real-time collects and processes data, with a gentle and intuitive measurement and control interface, clear hierarchy, and simple operation.
4、 Test force measurement:
Load measurement: High precision spoke load sensors are selected, coupled with a high-performance measurement amplification system, to ensure high resolution of the test force. Multiple sensors can be configured according to user needs to achieve measurement of a wide range of experimental forces.
Displacement measurement: A 2000P/R high-precision photoelectric encoder and precision screw are used to rotate coaxially, and a digital circuit is used to measure the positional force control system. A fully digital servo controller is used to control the high-performance servo motor to drive the synchronous toothed belt, driving two pairs of high-precision and gapless precision screw drives. It has the characteristics of smooth loading, good low-speed performance, gapless, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and smooth transmission.
5、 Deformation measurement system
The WDS single arm digital display electronic universal testing machine can be equipped with a large deformation measurement system according to the requirements of the testing standards.
6、 Protective device
